Catfish Days brings the Floodwood community together for a fun-filled summer weekend celebrating local spirit, family, and tradition. With beautiful weather, live music, great food, and activities for all ages, the event delivers an unforgettable experience for residents and visitors alike. From lively gatherings downtown to laughter echoing through the park, Catfish Days showcases everything that makes Floodwood special.


The Sunday parade draws a large crowd, with community groups, floats, and local organizations lining the streets. The Floodwood Fire Department helps keep parade-goers cool during the summer heat, adding an extra splash of fun to the festivities. A longtime community member is honored as Grand Marshal in recognition of years of service and dedication to local programs.


Athletics are also a highlight of the weekend, with the annual Catfish Days Softball Tournament drawing strong competition. The championship game delivers exciting action, with top teams battling it out for the title and others rounding out the standings.
