• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude are just as important as cleaning experience.

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential homes, vacation cabins, Airbnb properties, and office buildings
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and workspaces
• Change linens and prepare Airbnb and vacation rental properties for guest arrivals
• Restock supplies as needed
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards throughout properties
• Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs promptly
• Provide exceptional customer service while respecting client privacy and property
• Travel between job sites as scheduled

2026-27 School Year • Wage $21.01/hour

Cromwell-Wright Public Schools, ISD #95 is accepting applications for an After School Program Coordinator for the 2026-27 School Year. This position will include supervising students participating in the after school program Monday-Thursday on student contact days only. Scheduled work hours are 3:00-4:45 pm Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays; Wednesdays 2:15-4:45 pm.

Salary Range: $47,150 - $81,213  (based on 2026-2027 master agreement salary schedule). Salary will be prorated for days worked and may be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
