Tamarack Sportsmen's Club has hosted its annual wild game dinner for over 40 years as a primary fundraiser for organization activities. The all-you-can-eat buffet features a wide variety of wild game dishes, which have historically included bear, beaver, elk, moose, venison, wild goose, gray squirrel, walleye, and salmon.
