Eagle Lake Tree Service Brings Service to the Area
CROMWELL, Minn.—After more than 16 years in the tree service industry, Jon Lindman has turned years of hard work and hands-on experience into a business of his own. This spring, he officially launched Eagle Lake Tree Service LLC, bringing professional tree care, fair pricing, and a commitment to safety to homeowners throughout the Cromwell area.
“I’ve been in the tree service industry for over 16 years,” Lindman said. “I started with Lake State Tree Service out of Grand Rapids doing power line clearing, and I’ve pretty much been doing tree work ever since.”
Over the years, Lindman built extensive experience working on residential properties, caring for lake homes, removing hazardous trees, and completing trimming projects. After spending time in truck driving, he realized it was time to return to the work he knew best.
“I filed the LLC in April of this year,” he said. “It was time to go legit.”
Eagle Lake Tree Service operates under the slogan, “Strong Roots. Safe Work. Beautiful Results.” The company offers tree removal, tree trimming, storm damage cleanup, brush chipping, and hazardous tree removal. Fully licensed and insured, Lindman emphasizes safe work practices while providing dependable service at fair prices.
“We specialize in storm damage cleanup, danger trees, and regular tree trimming,” he said. “We’re trying to offer fair pricing for everyone.”
While the company is starting with core tree services, Lindman already has plans for future growth. He hopes to add stump grinding and stump removal services in the coming years, along with expanding into land clearing and trail clearing projects.
“You have to start somewhere,” Lindman said. “If you try to go too big too fast, it can make things difficult."
In the meantime, customers who need stump removal are still covered. Lindman works with a trusted, fully insured local subcontractor who specializes in stump grinding and site restoration. When requested, the service can include removing grindings, bringing in black dirt, seeding, and straw to help restore the lawn after the stump is removed.
Eagle Lake Tree Service handles every aspect of a tree removal project except the stump grinding itself, making the process seamless for homeowners.
Lindman’s background also gives him an advantage on difficult jobs. Before purchasing a boom truck this spring, nearly every tree removal he completed was done by climbing.
“Everything was done out of a saddle with climbing and rigging,” he explained. “We’re equipped to climb, so there’s really no height limitation.”
Whether responding to storm damage, removing dangerous trees, trimming overgrown branches, or cleaning up brush, Lindman says his goal is simple: provide quality workmanship, honest pricing, and dependable service to every customer.
