Purchased in early 2024 by Brian and Danell Caron, the resort reflects their commitment to thoughtful service and steady growth. After a 21-year career in law enforcement, Brian transitioned to operating the business full time, while Danell continued her legal career remotely from the family’s home on nearby Lake Minnewawa.

The restaurant features a streamlined menu designed to deliver consistency and flavor. Guest favorites include the Smoked Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich or Wrap with Colby Jack cheese, bacon, and house sauce. Other popular offerings include Philly Cheese Steak, Pork Tenderloin, Fish & Shrimp, Heggies Pizzas, and a variety of burgers, including the Braised Rib Burger topped with tender shredded rib meat and BBQ sauce.
