The FIRESIDE INN is open for lunch! 11am - 4pm Tuesday thru Sunday. The Fireside recently added three new appetizers to the menu: Kickin' Chicken Mac and Cheese: Fireside's mac and cheese topped with crispy chicken, smoky bacon, crispy fried jalopenos, with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Cowboy Bites: Breaded and filled with cream cheese, jalapeno, corn, and bacon. Served with ranch dressing. Fried Brussels Sprouts: Fresh Brussels sprouts and bacon, tossed in Sriracha aioli and balsamic glaze.
