The Floodwood Food Shelf provides quality food items to households experiencing food insecurity in the Floodwood area. This program supplies critical nutrition to hungry individuals and families. They are open the second Friday of every month from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, along with that following Monday from 9:00am to 11:00am.

While the food shelf operates two days a month, if you cannot attend on those dates or times you can call to pick up food by appointment at 218-340-9675 (Sue coccie). You can also call Sue for volunteer opportunities. Otherwise, the food shelf delivers within the city limits of Floodwood to people who cannot drive themselves.
